Sound and media artist, sound designer, guitar and computer / electronics. Doctor of Medicine, Visiting Professor for Sound Design at Danube University Krems, Ass. Prof. at FH JOANNEUM for Sound and Interaction Design. Board member of the Institute for Media Archeology and the Association for the Promotion and Dissemination of New Music. Since 1982 works in the field of new media, music for computer games, theater, film, media and sound installations. Works presented at Ars Electronica, the Wiener Festwochen, at the Steirischer Herbst, Knitting Factory New York, Sonambiente Berlin, Transmediale Berlin, City of Women Festival Ljubljana or at “Fine senca fine – Venice, Trentino, Budapest, Graz”. Numerous CDs, current projects with the Klammer & Gründler duo, Singing Adorno / Robert Lepenik, the wandering producers and solo. Together with Anette Gießriegl, he organizes the Styrian Improvisers Orchestra.
