Electric Indigo will present an acousmonium version of her piece “109.47 degrees”. The basic raw material of the composition are recordings of a baroque organ and a grand piano. These instruments were used in unorthodox ways: registers only partially pulled out resulting in breathing sounds and clacking when they jump into a more stable position and the inside of the piano played with drumsticks and by plucking strings covered with other objects. Electric Indigo processed and alienated these recordings  by means of granular synthesis and creates an uncanny atmosphere with 109.47 degrees, an uncalculable trip into outer space. For IMAkusmonium, she will combine these soundscapes with polyrhythmic drum and percussion patterns, adapted for the industrial performance venue.
