Thus, in addition to Peter Kubelka (who also organized Kren\u2019s first film screening in 1961 at the Viennese venue Galerie n\u00e4chst St. Stephan), Kren is considered one of the leading representatives of structural film. 1964\u201365 he made a number of films based on so-called material actions staged by Otto M\u00fchl and G\u00fcnter Brus.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sixpackfilmdata.com\/filmdb_persons.php?persid=113&#038;len=de\">sixpackfilmdata.com\/filmdb_persons<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kurt Kren (1929 &#8211; 1998) was an Austrian avant-garde filmmaker.
