The Mediastudio is a professionally equipped and sound-isolated hall of the theater. For the “Dark Sounds in White Nights\u201d festival, the audience is invited to experience sound works chosen from the \u00d61 Kunstradio archive in 5.1 format, along with 8-channels pieces hosted by the Floating Sound Gallery. The listening program presents the spectrum of ideas on the subject of the “Dark Sounds in White Nights” with artists from all over the world.<\/p>\n

Floating Sound Gallery
\nAs a venue to present multi-channel pieces, Sound Art Gallery works at the junction of art gallery, concert hall and\u00a0music\u00a0label. The listener is invited to comprehend sound works as if they were\u00a0sculptures or pictures, out of the \u201ctime\u201d dimension \u2013 that compares it with an art gallery; from a concert hall, leaving behind the practice of a stage, Sound Art Gallery inherits a practice of musicking; finally, since there are no other wide-spread facilities home or portably or else for listening to multi-channel, Sound Art Gallery offers an extension as a music label. <\/p>\n
