Tamara Wilhelm uses the simplest oscillators according to the DIY principle for her concerts. Conventional electronic components are misused and oscillated, their functional limits are shunted, placed in unstable states and enriched with sound effects.
For the Festival Lichtton, light-sensitive resistors are integrated into the circuits, where they manipulate parameters such as pitch, panorama, volume and sequencing together with controlled LEDs and other light sources.
