A hotel room. There is everything a person needs… There are is a window, a mirror , water, glases, a bed, a TV, paper and a pencil… and a mandatory bible. But nothing remembers on a real home. No favorit books are laying around, no collection of stones or empty bottles from last summer…

The Boat – at the hotel… Why the boat? A hotel room is a very stable room. Especially if it is a room at the Hotel Altes Kloster… one tells that is used to be a monastery. The bible at the room might last from those times. To withdraw, to freeze… But in front of the windows there is the Danube… the Blue Danube… A boat is a shelter like a room. But the boat is different. There you have a choice. To escape or to come back… To change. Everything. First of all oneself.

You can swim along with the river or against it – then you fly across the water, respectively you row all-out but stagnate. From the boat everything looks different. The world is shaking. You can move slowly. Along the river. With all its fish and water lilies … You can watch the birds in the sky or the mysterious movements of the algae… And forget, remember, falling asleep, dream… And awake…. changed.
