Anna Steiden lives and works as musicologist, musician and German as a foreign language teacher in Vienna.
Member of the electronic duo laminadyz since 2006. This included in-depth examination of electronic and electro-acoustic music. Experimentation in public spaces and exploration of public performance boundaries. Part of the improvisation collective elektronik teatime and out of space from 2009 – 2015. Since 2011 part of the Vienna Noise Orchestra. Editorial work and moderation of radioshow female: pressure radio vienna at the free radiostation Radio Orange 94,0. From 2012 on, participation at the Austrian Independent-Record label Early Morning Melody. Other musical collaborations with CHRA, Florian Haderer, me. matthias erian, Caroline Profanter, Lale Rodgarkia – Dara  and Dieter Preisl, among others.
